Floor heating power control unit

The Thermal Technology heating systems can be adjusted by ambient thermostats that directly control the heating element by a power relay.
In the case of multiple ambient installation it is suggested to install a junction box. Thermal Technology has developed a junction box able to limit the electric energy absorption. The junction box analyses, every single moment, the effective system consumption of electric energy. At every current hogging the junction box switches off the connected advices following the priority decided by the client, thus, avoiding the counter jumps. All this will translate into a constant control of the consumptions and consequently into a lower managing cost.
The electronic control can manage till 14 outputs and it is combined to the thermostat that adjusts every single area (it is suggested to use a thermostat/probe for every room). Apart from the outputs for the heating system, it can be possible to use some outputs also for the household appliances (washing -machine, dishwasher, oven), in the way to disconnect them in case of current hoggings.
The control unit is able to modulate the functioning of the heating, by an external probe.
How it works :
The junction box supplies the heating areas. For every output connected to an under-fl oor heating panel or to a wall element, it is associated to a thermostat (or wall probe) and if the thermostats/probe requires the heating, the junction box put the contact into operation. In the case the number of thermostats that require the heating will overpass the set absorption limit (On, Eco, Start Limit), the junction box will put into operation a lower number of outputs and it will make a cyclic activation of the outputs. In this way the program will make run the single uotputs in time function giving more time of running to the outputs that have been set with a higher priority (1=high priority 3=low priority). The program of the junction box, knowing the absorption of the whole system , will limit the total absorption in the way to not overpass the limit fi xed by the counter.
