DHW Heat exchanger set for hot water 12-15 L/min

This heat exchanger package is designed to withstand the most common liquids and provides enough hot water for at least one faucet or user.

Operating model:
DHW heat exchanger package is intended for

• Domestic hot water heating: approx. 12-15 L/min
• Domestic hot water preheating (before the domestic water storage tank)
• hot water heating in a thermal battery that does not have a hot water coil
• if you want to save electricity and/or increase the volume of hot water
• The 1st circuit with the pump is connected to the 80C  buffer, boiler, air-water heat pump, solar thermal panel.
• The 2nd circuit is connected to the DHW - hot water supply system.

The pump must be running when the tap on the domestic hot water line is opened. The pump can run continuously, but to save electricity, it can be switched on and off manually or controlled using the following options:

1. Wireless push-button switch – installed next to the tap to switch the pump on or off whenever hot water is needed.

2. Flow sensor switch (note: the sensor itself only detects flow; it does not send commands to the pump).

Options:

• Cellular rubber insulation case - thermal insulation of the heat exchanger
• Automatic pump start - the flow sensor detects the flow when the tap is open and a small control circuit starts the pump that pumps the heating water from the thermal battery, thus the pump is only on when the tap is open
