Multifunctional Aquasystem tanks from the AQUAPLUS+ series are designed for
sanitary, solar and heating installations. The diaphragm is made
of patented modern and flexible material BUTYL PLUS ®, which
ensures a longer service life of the tank. The diaphragm is placed in the tank after
the painting process, thanks to which the material is not exposed to vulcanization.

The so-called "sweating" phenomenon of the tank does not occur in the tank, because
the water in the diaphragm does not come into contact with the tank shell and there is no condensation
as a result of temperature differences. In the AQUAPLUS+ series tanks, the diaphragm is
replaceable, which allows for lower maintenance costs over the years. Aquasystem Aquaplus+ tanks have a 5-year warranty. Features:

  Pressure expansion vessels are used to compensate fluctuations in fluid volume caused by temperature fluctuations and to keep the system pressure within the working limits. They are used in heating systems, solar systems and circuits of potable water used with storage water heaters. The vessels are made of welded high-quality deep-drawing steel and finished with anticorrosion surface treatment in color corresponding to the vessel type.
  A diaphragm divides the steel vessel into two sections, one containing gas and the other heat-transfer fluid. When the fluid is cold, almost the entire volume of the expansion vessel is filled with gas. As the fluid temperature rises, its volume grows and the fluid enters the expansion vessel and compresses the gas in the other section. When the heat-transfer fluid cools down, the gas presses it out of the expansion vessel again.
